A repair cost estimate you can submit to your insurer together with your claim: a list of the damaged surfaces, the work required, the quantities by area and the rates. Every line can be explained if the insurer asks where a number came from.
No one needs to visit the property. Photographs taken on a phone are enough, if they cover the right things.

When this helps
- Neighbours flooded your flat, or a pipe burst
- Fire, or damage caused by putting one out
- Storm or hail, a roof torn off

One thing to be clear about
This is a repair cost calculation, not a certified property valuation report. Since May 2026 valuation reports in Lithuania require a licensed valuer, and we do not issue them. For an insurance claim the estimate is the document that is normally required, and insurers accept it.
The decision on the payout is always made by the insurer under your policy, not by us.
Photograph it early
Most of the loss is not visible on the day the water ran. It appears as things dry: swollen joints, stains spreading through plaster, floors lifting. Photograph everything immediately and again two weeks later, before you start clearing up.

What language is the estimate in?
Lithuanian, because your insurer works in Lithuanian. We explain every line to you in English so you know exactly what you are submitting.
My insurance policy is with a foreign insurer
That is fine. The estimate is a costing document and it does not depend on which company issued the policy.
How soon do I get it?
24 hours from receiving all the photos, in ordinary cases.
